The new PVG 100 High-Flow post-compensated valve raises port flows with less work - pump margin of 15 bar [217 psi] - and lowers the return pressures. PVG 100 high-flow options meet the increased demands for high efficiency and high-flow solutions.

Sharing the flow

The PVG 100 distributes flow to multiple machine functions proportional to their load and flow requirements. As such, when demand exceeds supply each function remains up and running – on proportionally less flow.

Load-sensing
By using PVG load-sensing technology in combination with a variable displacement pump, it’s possible to achieve a significant reduction in energy loss. PVG valves also reduce heat generation and increase efficiency and power density, which helps OEMs to meet the challenges posed by new diesel engine emissions legislation.

PVG is a hydraulic, load-sensing proportional valve, designed for optimal machine performance and
maximum design flexibility.
The PVG 128 and PVG 256 are new members of the PVG product platform.
PVG 128 and PVG 256 controls work port flow up to 500 l/min and up to 420 bar work port pressure.
The PVG valve design is based on a modular concept that enables machine designers to specify a valve
solution suitable for multiple market segments across multiple applications.
The load independent proportional control valve and high performance actuator technology combined
with a low pressure drop design improves the machine performance and efficiency – increasing
productivity and reducing energy consumption

PVRES can be used individually or with PVRES accessories built together to form a complete operating panel. PVRES is particularly suited to panel mounting and characterised by:
• finger-tip control • small dimensions • low weight • built-in flow regulation• accessories such as emergency stop and lamps (see page 8)
PVRES is supplied with one or two
potentiometers. It is thus possible to
regulate one function, or two functions
at the same time.
Two further adjustments per function are
built into PVRES. Independently of each
other, these limit the signal voltage (US)
and thereby the flow from proportional
valve ports A and B without the movement
of the remote control lever being limited.
The oil flow can be infinitely reduced down
to 25% of maximum flow.
Instead of the proportional functions,
PVRES can be supplied with built-in switches.
The contact functions can be either normally
“ON” or normally “OFF” in neutral position.
