ePowerpack for low voltage applications (MWEP)
The ePowerpack is part of Danfoss editron low voltage series, our new low voltage portfolio for electrification. ePowerpack is a complete system solution consisting of a microcontroller unit, electric motor and hydraulics, which enables low-voltage applications to unlock greater efficiency with electrification. It consists of a high-performance, interior permanent magnet motor and a high-power, air-cooled converter with a full-featured digital signal processor.  It is designed for maximizing efficiency and compactness.

Variants include optional gear pumps with different power settings in software. These systems are optimal for MEWP and off-highway applications, providing hydraulic flows that fit demanding criteria.

Power range from 850 W to 1900 W, rated voltage 24 VDC and maximum speed up to 4700 rpm.

Danfoss ED-DT130-PT930/1089-24V-1M90 eDrive is designed to provide customers with superior driving experience. Its integrated and compact design combines a SRPM, electronic braking, and a reduction gearbox for high durability, reliability, and efficiency, while also making installation and debugging quick and easy. ED-DT130 is intended to be used in combination with the EC-C24-D180 converter.

Power range from 3,5 kW to 7,5 kW, rated voltage 48 VDC.

The ED-DT180-PT7000-48V-1M42 is engineered to deliver high-efficiency electric propulsion for engineering vehicles. The machine is developed specifically for demanding applications. It is smaller, lighter and more efficient for wheel hub drive.

These systems allow for optimized packaging and increased payload capacity due to weight savings. The reduced size and mass of this drivetrain is due to the Danfoss Editron motor and control technology,
coupled with the torque multiplying function of the transmission. The two-speed transmission provides the ability to keep the e-motor in the highest efficiency operation region over more of the vehicle's
drive cycle. These systems are ideal for heavy-duty commercial
vehicles and transit applications.
